1st Degree Reiki Attunements
Learn the ancient healing art of Reiki with Usui Reiki Master Michelle Metcalfe. You will receive 4 attunements and learn to channel gentle but powerful Reiki energy for yourself and others. The course is over one weekend, where we will focus on our understanding of natural healing abilities, as well as the importance of self-healing. You will learn practical techniques on how to provide a full body healing treatment using the Usui Method of Reiki, how to channel Universal Life Force Energy, and how to use Reiki Healing on yourself, on others, and for wider uses including plants, animals & day-to-day life.
Throughout the weekend you you will also develop an understanding of chakras, the energetic field and how to see & sense auras, as well as enjoying a relaxing guided meditation on each day of the course.
